No, I am even surprised to see them on top.
I expected KR Reykjavík to be the best team in Iceland, or maybe even
IA Akranes.

Anyway, seems like Hafnarfjörður will go to Belgium to play
Anderlecht in the Champions League second qualifying round :)

But only if you guys manage to beat Neftchi from Azeirbaijan first...
